Introduction
The Rwandan genocide, or better known as the genocide against Tutsi, was a genocidal massacre. An estimated 500,000-1,000,000 Rwandans were killed during the 100 day period from April 7th to mid0-July 1994. The genocide was planned by members of the core political elite. The genocide took place in the context of the Rwandan Civil War. The genocide has a lasting and profound impact on Rwandan and it's neighboring countries. |
